It has the absolute best flavor, texture, seasoning, tang, and goes well when you mix it with their rice. It's a whole meal! The presentation was very nice with the pickled veggies, hummus, two sauces, and a basket of fries. We shared the walnut baklava for dessert; it was delicious and perfect for the two of us. We had the pistachio baklava last time, and it's was also great! The service was excellent! We felt like we were getting special treatment, but honestly, everyone there was getting the same amazing service. We live over 100 miles away, but we visit the area at least once each week, and I take it home to my husband when he can't come with me. We'll be coming back to Shawarma Bites every trip for as long as they keep making authentic and delicious Shawarma and attending to customers with such friendly and attentive service.
